Varied experience in whether they charge for imports, and shipping is usually just under a month, but generally really good. Only ever paid by international payment, works well.

They don't ship to the Netherlands anymore due to customs changes but I made multiple orders with them before that and they were always great. One time it got lost in postage and they unprompted offered to send me a replacement!
